Plus: Separating the project meeting for these two projects from that of the other on-site project.

Delta: Reverse the order in which projects are discussed; Incorporate in-wall rough-in completion and drywall installation start milestones into the published phase plans; Obtain a larger or additional whiteboard for recording and discussing constraints.
