PLUS: Openness of team; Being truthful; Hearing from everyone; Confidence approach works; Owner in meeting; Knowing other trades’ schedules; Getting to see where everybody is; Starting process with willingness to learn; Participation; Attendance.

DELTA: Share previous Last Planner experiences in meeting; Get correct people in meeting (foremen instead of project managers); Invite architect; Address concerns team members who have used Last Planner on earlier projects with less effectiveness; Take time to learn more and stress need to be positive.
