PLUS: (Day 1) Team exercises; Reinforcement of company culture; Understanding that Lean is for the entire operation; Understanding a new way of thinking; Use of materials and examples; (Day 2) Last Planner simulation; Understanding importance of getting a commitment; Good mix of presentation and exercises; Good location; Good practice of using weekly work planning and phase pull planning; Spending two days for the workshop; Exceeded expectations.

DELTA: (Day 1) Start tomorrow at 8:30 instead of 9:00; Understand better how to put ideas into practice; Understand better how to start Lean construction on a project; Understand how to change mindsets of trades, owners and the industry; (Day 2) Provide more guidance during pull planning exercise; Provide printed versions of slides with small print; Provide Last Planner forms.
