Just catching up with this team, and have Plus-Delta observations from the last week and this week.

Last Week

Plus: People are participating in meetings that they normally are not able to on most projects; The team is getting better at using Lean tools.

Delta: Manage meeting to finish on time.

This Week

Plus: Meeting finished on time.

Delta: Develop a phase plan and six week plan for the current phase; Remove constraints more quickly.
