Plus: Included the people needed; Drilled down sufficiently into the project scope; Facilities tour half way through meeting; Everyone on team participated fully; No detours into rabbit holes.

Delta: Prepare more advance understanding of issues; Provide more information about the roles and responsibilities of those people in the meeting; Provide information in writing about the proposed use of the space ahead of the meeting; Provide a case study and other project examples; Improve individual preparation.
