img_3954Great to see Plan Do Check Act at work in healthcare. The photo to the left is from a hospital room. Note under the Pain Scale the space for “Today’s Plan” for which the “Identified Learner” (patient or guardian) is responsible for doing. Healthcare professionals check the progress and act to adjust the plan.

Every day is an opportunity for Plan Do Check Act learning.
