Plus: The need for a growth oriented mindset was discussed; Discussed the synergies possible between the ISO and Lean approaches given similar philosophies; Discussed topics relevant to ongoing work; Focus on Lean as creating flow; Idea that Lean is an ethic, which related to the idea that anything that corrupts leads to waste.

Delta: More people should attend these discussions; Need to address the concern that people feel they have to do more things; Provide more clarity on what people in meeting should do next; Collect questions that need to be addressed ahead of meeting; Send requests for questions to address to all participants ahead of meeting; Provide more information and background that describes Lean tools; Provide more clarity on the connection between Lean in the office and Lean on projects.
