A team completing a one day introductory Lean and Last Planner(R) System of Production Control workshop provided the following assessment of the day.
PLUS: The importance of thinking about working collaboratively with other people on the project; and understanding of why and how Lean principles can be applied; Preparation for upcoming phase planning session.
DELTA: Arrange for a brighter projector; Start on time (everybody show up on time); Incorporate more examples that are specific to this project.
