PLUS: Exercises are user friendly and drive to a point; Concepts discussed can be applied to the real world; Good conversation.

DELTA: Limit distractions by scheduling these sessions earlier in the project; Bring the trade project managers and superintendents into the Lean conversation early; Encourage more participation by project team members not present; Schedule sessions earlier in the day.
