There will plenty of good sessions to choose from next week at the LCI Congress in Chicago. Four of them I can recommend – two because I have seen the material and spoken with the presenters, and two because I am familiar with the projects.

  • Wednesday at 9:10 – Cleveland Clinic Cancer Building – Building Lean from the Ground Up
  • Wednesday at 10:20 – Good to Great: Why do Projects Excel?
  • Wednesday at 3:30 – Collaboration vs Cooperation – Building Healthy Project Teams
  • Thursday at 1:50 – Implementation of Lean Construction: By the Wrong People, At the Wrong Time, Under the Wrong Circumstances

If you are in the building industry and have not yet registered there is still time to join more than 1200 of your peers at the premier Lean event of the year in Chicago Oct. 3-7 for a week of sharing best practices and success stories. Register for Congress at http://bit.ly/2dmRx5X!
