Plus: Get to know each other; Hands on exercises.

Delta: Organize room and lay out tables better; Include all field personnel and foremen; Provide a brief explanation of pull planning and where it is going earlier in the training; Group foremen together on airplane simulation to help establish relationships and teamwork; Get bigger pieces for airplane simulation; Video record training and provide a highlights video to team for extended training.
