DELTA: Everyone read material assigned for the meeting; Develop a better defined purpose for the leadership team; Define what progress will mean; Communicate the work of the leadership team to the rest of the firm; Distribute books to all offices; Develop a name for the leadership team; Connect remote participants via videoconference instead of voice-only.
