PLUS: Reading and subject was relevant to what we are invited to discuss and act upon; Writing was rich for the number of pages; Small number of people on call led to deeper conversation; Good participation by all on call; Call ended on time; Diversity of perspectives during the discussion.

DELTA: Encourage participation by at least 8 to 10 people; Personally reach out to leadership group in advance to encourage participation.
