The Congress is off to a fast start with a full day of training. Plus – Delta form today’s Villego Last Planner System session.

Plus: Time spent preparing weekly work plans in Round 2; Collaboration; Simulation relates directly to construction; Good size group.

Delta: Make time for introductions of participants; improve slide projections; find way to reduce information on slides; find out how to dim the lights.
