Plus: Team identified new concerns early in the project; Team developed a sequence of work agreed to by all.

Delta: Find a way to shorten the amount of time required for planning; Plan the work related to building the mechanical room first or plan this work during the rough-in phase planning; Plan the summer interior renovation phase soon to check for manpower availability concerns.
