A record number of building design and construction professionals participated in a full slate of training sessions. Above is a group participating in the Villego Last Planner Experience session on Tuesday. Other sessions included Target Value Design, AGC Lean training modules, Choosing by Advantages, Root Cause Analysis, Factory Physics for Delivering Projects, and Shingo  –  Discovering Excellence.

Villego groups realized productivity improvements ranging from 250% to 350% using the Last Planner System. And there are better reasons for using this set of tools than productivity.
