Plus: Two days of focus on project with unique interaction between team members; good size group; understanding of individual goals and how to help each other succeed; challenging to all; fun; focused on core team.

Delta: Find a way to make this work visible to client leadership; find a way to get the entire team integrated into this process as needed without having too many people in work sessions.
