Plus: Started on time; Look ahead review focused on the Make Ready needs of work the next six weeks, with meeting leader requesting confirmation that work is ready or have constraints identified; Use of ELMO (Enough, Let’s Move On) character to inform team that discussion of an issue needs to be tabled; Flow and productivity of weekly coordination meeting continues to improve.

Delta: Team should use and display a Constraint Log during the meeting.
