Plus: Worked on different styles of dance; It was okay to make mistakes: There were pretty purple lights; They chose good songs; All the teachers were amazing; The teachers included choreographers from Broadway and TV; We were able to try new things.
Delta: Plan so there are less people on dance floor at the same time; Play the music at a lower volume; Provide a 5-minute break between each dance.
Note: She was much more engaged with the plus-delta assessment than many project teams – it was natural for her. Time for us adults to step up our game!
