The following combines the Plus-Delta reflections from two project teams following similar planning sessions on two successive days. The sessions utilized the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology to facilitate deeper thinking among the participants. Plus: The need for a growth oriented mindset was discussed; Discussed the synergies possible between the ISO and Lean approaches given similar philosophies; Discussed topics relevant to ongoing work; Focus on Lean as creating flow; Idea that Lean is an ethic, which related to the idea that anything that corrupts leads to waste.
