Play is a great way to build a solid team, whether joining together like the Cleveland Clinic Cancer Building team above did this year to support a cause, enjoying a ballgame, or regular cookouts. Designing play, easy and hard, into the project work builds relationships and fosters an environment that is enjoyable and makes life richer.

By the way, never too late to donate to Cleveland Clinic’s cancer cure research fundraiser. 100% of your donation goes directly to research. Click here to go to a donation page.
