Too many talented people have been frustrated by enterprises with systems that get in the way of their productivity. All enterprise leaders have an obligation to the members of the enterprise to do everything possible to continuously strive to learn what can be done with the resources the enterprise has been given. Leaders do so by helping people pursue the full development of their potential.
